So, all that HCG diet work at the beginning and then I caved and gave up and began to Cheat the last week! I am so disappointed in myself… because I gave up basically. I contribute it to poor planning. The first time I did the diet I went to the store, I prepared my food and decided what to buy, eat and prepare. This time, I was lazy and did not always eat, basically I ate very little, not all my choices and became bored… very fast. I ended the diet at around 160 then I am sitting at 165 right now. So, my 155 goal at the end of this round of HCG did not happen.
My sister is doing the diet and she is ending it today, I think she lost around 18 pounds in her 26 days. She was creative with her eating. As, I was not… I was super plain, boring.
My dad is begining the diet and going through a doctor instead, I told my mom since he is older and has blood pressure issues, cholestorol issues, and is way overweight, that he should just go to a Doctor and do the diet under Doctors supervision.
My new plan for weight loss, watch my carbs, eat when I am hungry, and try to say away from the Cadbury Cream Eggs! I will continue to keep you all informed. Ultimately I feel great, I love my size 10 jeans… and medium size shirts. It has been a long time, and I am going to work hard at keeping the weight off.
I've got to get my butt back in gear. I've never really had a weight problem and am a small build — but, I have lived a lifetime of always making the better meal choices.
I don't know if it is aging or what (though, I know I haven't been as disciplined with my eating the last year or so) but I'm having difficulty re-entering my shorts this spring.
No bueno. * sigh *
It can be quite depressing and I know I need to get it under control because it isn't getting better. I think actually it is getting worse.
Congrats on your progress so far! [Dang those cadbury eggs!]
You look great!
