I am back talking about diets… the HCG diet that is. So far, my dad has done the diet, lost 41 pounds, my sister has lost over 30 pounds and so has her hubby. This time around my hubby is going to join me. Our first load days will be Saturday and Sunday, and hitting the hard core diet with VLCD (very low calorie diet) on Monday.
Here is an update if you all have been following the diet. I weighted in at 162.8 this morning, so basically have maintained my ending weight within 2.8 pounds. If you recall from previous post, I bombed do to poor planning last round, and cut the diet short by about 10 days! (VLCD lasts 24 days) I totally thought I would have gained back all my weight loss for that round, but luckily I did not. So, that is a huge relief! Very excited to document my weight loss journey once again, this time should be interesting, as my husband and I are pretty competitive, so there will be no quitting early.
