Banana Cake with Butter
What do you do when Banana’s get all mushy.. I make Banana Cake! Pin this. Then go make it, you will be glad you did!
Sarah’s Banana Cake ( She is my Friend, who made up this recipe)
1/2 Cup Oil or 1/2 Cup Butter ( Banana cake with butter is best )
2 eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Bananas (ripe)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix together in mixer, I use my Kitchen Aid, because I love it. Pour in greased cake pan, cook for 45 minutes on 350 degrees.
I have made this recipe by increasing the bananas, and decreasing the amount of sugar and oil or butter. You can use Butter milk instead of milk too. There is just a lot of diversity going on with this Banana cake made with butter.
Tip. If you have bananas that are going bad, peel them and then put them in a container or baggie and freeze them to use later.
You may ice the cake if you would like, with cream cheese frosting, but I never do. Cake is normally gone super quick like. But just sayin’ you can.
