Mamavation Monday.. Week 2 Mi&Li Campaign

by Shannon on October 25, 2010 · 6 comments

Week reflection.. I moved it and lost a bit! Baby steps, I tell ya. I did a great job on drinking water, and watching what I ate, well sort of. This week I will have to try a food diary. I do think that eating carbs makes me more hungry in the end. Yesterday was my dad’s birthday, and I made Lasagna for dinner, and  cake. I was good and did not make Chocolate Sheet Cake which is my favorite right now. So that was smart.

Goals for this week: Eat more protein, take vitamins daily, exercise daily.

Success’ from past week: Well, I didn’t buy candy at the store! I drank 64 oz or more of water daily this past week!

Here is my pic of the Scale as Promised: (Lost 2 pounds)

Hey there – 2 pounds is not a small loss!! I’d be pretty happy with that. It means you’re more likely to keep it off!! Awesome not buying candy too!

When you say exercise every day, does that include just taking a walk or something easy? If not, take a day off! Don’t set yourself up for failure.

    Good luck this week!!
