Time to get Healthy, so my good friend told me about how she uses this Polar FT 4 Heart MonitorPolar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor (Purple/Pink) prices change often on Amazon, as I paid $67 a week ago and now today this watch is $58.

I did have a small problem, as the one I received was defective, so I had to return the original one and they sent me a new one really pretty quick. The band that you put on your body wouldn’t connect, and the heart rate was not found on the watch. Even after I drenched the band with water. ( You need water to connect, the sensors to your body)

How do I like it? Well, I LOVE it. It monitors my heart rate when I am working out, and counts the calories I burn while exercising! LOVE this. This is helping me reach my healthy weight loss goals.
