Have you ever had sautéed mushrooms? These are delicious, easy and great with Steak Dinner!
16 0z Button Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Butter
Worcester Sauce
Red Wine (cooking or drinking)
Beef Bouillon (you can if you want.. or leave out. It is really ok)
Slice Mushrooms not to thin. About 3 cuts per mushroom (maybe 4) Heat butter up in skillet on medium. Melt. Add sliced mushrooms. Mix. Add Worcester Sauce until coated. Add a about a 1/2 tablespoon red wine. Cook, about an hour (on low) until tender or dinner is served! Stir occasionally.
