Christmas has now come and gone but the remains of the day are seen throughout my house, wrapping paper, toys, games to be played with are scattered amongst the area of my living room. Presents are gone from under the tree, boys are busy playing with their gifts. Laundry to be done, house to be picked up, and let the organization begin. New Years Resolution to be made, and hopefully not broken.

Christmas Recap:

Celebrated early, at my mom’s with my sisters. Santa made a quick early trip! Braddock, got all he ever wanted. Including a gigantic Pillow Pet (from his Aunt). We got home and he was worried about how he was going to tell Santa to take Pillow Pet off his list!

Little one woke up sick, cough and a 102.2 fever. “I can’t be sick on Christmas, must be allergies” he waited patiently for Christmas to arrive, then what happens, he is sick?

Older sons, ready to unwrap their gifts. Said possibly best Christmas ever!

Mother in Law and Bro in Law were able to drive here from Dallas to spend Christmas Eve and Day with us. I made homemade Bacon egg and cheese muffin sandwiches for breakfast.

I got presents as well, surprised because we weren’t to be buying each other gifts. I am sure you would have loved to see me squeeze my feet into my new Cowboy boots. Pure leather = extremely tough to get the foot where it is supposed to be in the boot! Love the boots. (apparently it is the popular thing right now in OK)

Memories were made, now let the clean up begin!

(now you know a little bit why I did not post anything the last few days)

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
