If you are not shopped out, and have begun your spending freeze there will be some great sales for after Christmas merchandise! For instance, Target was 50% off today. Thursday, Holiday items should be 75% off, and then 90% on January 2 or 3. (Not sure) This is from experience with past deals. Also at Target the big Toy Clearance (not like you need anymore toys, but these are great for donating etc.) will possibly be on a Thursday (for sure on the Thursday) I am guess January 13, 2011.

Walgreen’s is another spot for good clearance, along with Walmart.

Remember when shopping clearance, to check the food items that are holiday related, print your coupons.com coupons to use on candy and more! There are also gift set deals on clearance as well. Keep an eye out for items used for storage, like baggies, plastic containers, etc.

Now, what to do with all these deals? Organization will be your next battle. Where are you going to put all the wrapping paper, and other items you bought so they can be used next year? Please comment, if you have ideas. I will try to put together a post later on organizational tips.

We went to Walmart tonight and they had everything 50% off in the Christmas section — the nice thing, though, was that not all of it was related to Christmas or the holidays — there were gift sets of bath and body products, makeup, etc that were also marked down. Sweeeeeet
