Giveaway: Progresso Soup with Organizing Rack

My BlogSpark sent me 2 cans of soup, organizing can rack and bowl like the ablove picture to try, and to giveaway on my blog to one of my readers! Personally, I love Progresso soup. It is easy to make, heat up in the microwave or the stove top. Progresso soup helps you watch your weight for the new year and is Weight Watcher endorsed as a part of a healthy lifestyle. Here are some of the new varieties.

  • Progresso High Fiber

    I have been cutting back on little things like salt and butter and eating less. I love Progresso soup, I take it to work for lunch and I probably have 8-10 cans in the cabinet now.

    Applying: Using The Spark People food and water tracking app, Curves 3 times a week, just bought treadmill (on sale) use everyday (30 to 45min)
    Future: to schedule in Jan blood work, mammogram and sign up for 5k with husband & 9 year old for the Memorial Run
    All the above is tough for me because it is new to me and I’m a procrastinator!

    I eat a choc. chip granola bar everyday for breakfast and salad with olive garden salad dressing for lunch about twice a week I have soup. I love chicken noodle. If I get “snacky” I have another granola bar. Then I eat what I want for dinner. I’ve been doing this since August and have gone from a size 14 to a size 8-10 depending on the brand. WhooHoo! And I’m a music teacher so I’m very active at work. :)

    We are sticking to our planned meals more, and trying to eat a salad before dinner each night.

    Our favorite soup is the Chicken Noodle Soup, and I secretly give my husband the Low Sodium to help with his BP and he doesn’t even notice the difference!
