I recieved beautiful flowers from http://www.flowerspot.com/ to review and they are beautiful. They were delivered by Fed Ex, in a box, very well put together. Came with a vase and flower food as well. I thought they were going to be delivered by a local flower shop, but they came directly from http://www.flowerspot.com/.
Flowerspot.com has great customer service, as the other day, I decided to order flowers for my mother in law, whom was in the hospital and wanted to give flowerspot.com a try. I ordered same day delivery, which I guess when you order like that flowerspot.com contacts a local floral shop and sends flowers that way! Which I know, because instead of my mother in law getting flowers, they delivered flowers to me instead! So, I called and told them that I had sent flowers back to the flower shop that sent them to me, etc.. and they figured it all out, and resolved all my issues, and were able to get flowers to my mother in law the next day!
Excellent customer service.
Then today, I receive flowers from them! The lily’s were not in bloom yet, and the roses are just beautiful. I really love flowers that are a mix, instead of all roses, Flowerspot.com does have all roses, but I chose the spring mix. The only complaint I have is that I had to play florist and get the flowers arranged in the vase. This is a bit more difficult then I would have excpected. But all is well, and now my hubby thinks I have a secret admirer! (Just kidding)
