Mexican Dinner Recipe

Here is a new made up favorite of my boys. It is fairly simple. I am sure this recipe can be found some where, but I kind I have a made up version.

Cooked Hamburger meat, seasoned with Taco Seasoning
1 can of Chili style beans
1 can of Green Chilis and tomotoes
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
Flour Tortillas or Corn (I used flour)
Enchilada Sauce
Cheese

Mix all together first 4 indgreidents. Then take the tortillas put in mixture add a bit of cheese. Wrap like an enchilada, lay in pan. (or layer the tortillas) Repeat. Then When done, take enchilada sauce pour on top. Then top with more cheese. Bake 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until done.

To make this even easier, make tacos one night, then use the leftover taco meat to make this dinner!

Another way I make this is to replace beef, chili beans and Cream of Chicken Soup with Chicken and Black Beans.
