In an attempt to become better organized, and a better planner, and not to be thinking what in the world are we having for dinner, I made a list of all kinds of dinners and my 17 yo picked what he wanted to eat this week. So here it goes:
Monday: Chicken Enchiladas
Tuesday: Steak Fajitas
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes and Tater Tots
Thursday: Roast
Friday: Spaghetti, salad, and bread
Saturday: Tacos and/or Buritto night
Not to fancy, but I do seem to have all the ingredients for the above recipes. (well, not sure about the Roast.. will check that out, possible Roast in freezer.)
