I Am Back and Ready for Back to School!

Back from my vacation, had a great time. Crashed my laptop, and lost my camera along the way, but we are back all safe and sound with no Mexico Side Effects except a 5 pound Weight gain!

So, Now it is time to get organized, and ship these kiddos off to school. In Oklahoma we send our kids back to school in the Hottest month of the year, mid-August. Pretty early in my opinion but I am always ready for them to head back. Now my life will consist of Football, and t-ball. Even though I have always said, I will not put my child in organized sports at a young age. We started my middle boy when he was 3 1/2. We waited until 4 1/2 for this last boy. Am I crazy…?

Are you ready for the kids to go back to school? I am for many reasons, but I will miss them being at home. Can you believe I have 2 high schoolers this year, and one that is not even in Elementary School yet! Sigh.. luckily he is accepted back at his preschool.

Computer Bit the Dust in Cancun, Mexico..

So sad.. my computer has bit the dust. I am borrowing my sister’s laptop sitting by the ocean right now. Loving this beautiful weather, my family and friends. But my dear HP laptop, 1 1/2 year old baby.. has been destroyed by who know what. So, that is where I have been. But I am not letting it ruin my trip, because it is way cooler here then Oklahoma, I know that is totally weird to say, but it is pretty nice here, and so far so good no sunburn. Have a great rest of the week, I will be back soon.

Disney World Here I Come!

Tomorrow, I am packing up (well I packed today) and headed on a plane to Orlando, Florida for fun in the sun! (well, hopefully there will be sun forecast is a bit chilly) However, no complaining here, as I leave the below freezing temps, all 3 children behind for my oh so dear sweet hubby to watch our pride and joys for 4 days, 3 nights! I sure hope he doesn’t call the airlines to fly me home early, as our youngest child can be quite a challenge. I am not worried, they will survive on Taco Bell, Pizza, and whatever else you can get through the drive through!

So, why am I going to Disney? Well, there is a great event called the Disney Social Media Moms event, and I am going. We could have brought the whole fam, but some people in the family have to work, go to school, and do all those fun things, and I was the only one who could get away. Not to mention, my hubby has been traveling a bit lately. ( 3 trips in less than a month) Well, I went on 2 of them, but whos counting. We do not keep score so this is not a get even trip. We did go to Disney in 2000, that was my first trip, we even went over Valentines! That was when we only had our 2 sweaty boys, now we are blessed with 3 sweaty boys! (woops, I mean sweet)

So, I am hoping to meet tons of other Bloggers, face to face, in real life (IRL) my online friends and spend sometime with my friends Consumer Queen and MomRN fellow Oklahomans!

So, I have my winter, fall and summer clothes packed. You never know what the weather will be like this time of year, and yes I totally over packed! But hey, it is just me and my suitcase and laptop, and New Moon. (do I need to tell you that is a Twilight Series book?) Yes, I am just reading the books and have to finish the last 10 pages of Twilight tonight before I hit the bed!

I will be sharing my fairytale adventures soon, however I ran out of time and could not find a coupon so I skipped out of buying myself the Cinderella Dress, so I guess that picture will have to wait! LOL…
So Hi Ho Hi Ho it is off to fun I go!

Hi, alrighty.. I am here. Well not here, but I am HERE! (Grand Caymans) Totally had to leave the 14 inches of snow behind. Hey there.. my money saving friends. I am back from Cancun, Mexico, where I spent a wonderful week with my family and friends. Now back to the savings game, back to school, football season, hunting season and more! I am so out of the loop, and hope to get back into the savings game this coming week.

I did go to the grocery store today, my local Walmart Neighborhood Market, they are remodeling so I knew where nothing was! I only used 3 coupons, but loaded up on the produce. So, off to a running start for this weeks meals. I am planning on using up items that are in my freezer and pantry, to help save on the ole’ budget as 2 of my sons have birthdays within the next month.

There is something about this time of year that is so refreshing. Back to schedules, new beginnings, preschool, middle school, high school oh my.. wow. TTYL.
