Picture of my boy, after he had a fight with the ground, at the Brothers baseball game! (not as bad as it looks). Braddock loves to hang out and play at around in the dirt at the baseball games! This day, he worked extra hard at playing.
Other pic, Blake, getting ready to bat.

Another activity we have been doing is trying to spring clean. Do you ever feel overwhelmed? Oh my. There is so much to do, and so little time. Oh, and don’t get me started about my disorganization with my coupons and pantry right now!

My week has flown by, with Baseball games, a fundraiser banquet for BritVil Food Pantry, (very neat program for the okc neighborhood) and just the regular ins and outs with an almost 4 yo.
Last night when tucking him in bed, I just had to enjoy the moment. We read our 2 books, he reads one that he has memorized to me, and the other is a search and find Toy Story book. We talk about our favorite characters! Before I left the room, he took his light up gun (he got at the circus with his dad) and discovered toys that were in trouble, they were stuck between the wall and the bed! We had to save them tomorrow he said (we have been watching a lot of Toy Story!)
Little memories in the making, it just reminds me how fast the little ones grow up. As my older boys will be freshman and juniors in high school next year. ( Hey.. I am so not old enough for that!) Time flies when your having fun!
Oh, and stay tuned hubby and I are both starting the HCG diet soon, me for the 3rd attempt and his first. So we will be having some serious competion I am sure! This will probably be happening April 19 ish. Stay tuned for results. In the mean time, I might have to eat Braum’s hot fudge sundaes, Sushi, and Taco Bell, and drink Chai Tea from Starbucks! LOL… some of my fav things.

Well, not yet. But tomorrow, December 11, 19XX is the year I was born. So today I tell you I am finally going to get to cheat on my diet. You know I told you a while back that I am doing the HCG diet, and have lost as of this morning 18.5 pounds! Yes, I feel like a walking infomorcial. I started on November 28. (yes, it has only been 14 days tomorrow!) I have eaten like a little bird, except I can not eat bread, carbs, sugar, diet coke, cookies, cakes, ice cream, twix bars, and whatever. My diet has been extremely limited, but tomorrow, I will go to eat Sushi! I love Sushi, and I promised myself I will not over eat, and I will be wise. This is what I need to help me push, pull, crawl to the date of Dec. 23, when I will be able to eat a more variety of foods (minus sugar and bad carbs) Yippee.. here is a link to some info on the diet. I did not order from that company, but did order from HERE. But the first link the drops are much cheaper.
So, back to my birthday. I used to be a bit nutty about a countdown to my birthday with my family, but I guess this year I am showing some maturity (but I am not old) and settling down the birthday countdown! LOL..

Then, you know what else we need to be counting down to, is Christmas. Hold on to your seat, as Christmas is in 14 days! Can you believe it? Then we will be in the year 2010. Are you done with all your Christmas shopping? Am I? Of course not, because I am the “princess of procrastination” I am close though. Teenage boys are pretty difficult, especially when one is really not needy at all, which don’t get me wrong, is great, but it is difficult to find the perfect gift, besides a new 2010 Truck (so if you are reading this son, you aren’t getting a truck, sorry.) Oh, that is so weird, talking about a son that is driving. That could be a whole other blog post!

Have a fabulous day. I am so looking forward to eating some yummy food tomorrow and getting back to the diet on Saturday! Thanks for reading.

As I was tiding up the kitchen area this morning, I noticed 3 bananas that were way past there sunshine yellow days, and thought to myself, maybe I should make some banana bread. Well one thing led to another and I neglected my other chores and got out my baking grear, Kitchen Aid Mixer, pampered chef gadgets, and all my baking foods that I have collected for pretty darn good deals throughout the past few months! Then I began to think.. why make just banana bread. So I continued to make a huge mess in the kitchen with the 3 year old help and so here is what I ended up making:

    Oatmeal Rasin Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies (forgot how super easy these are to make!)Banana Bread
    Zuchini Bread
Ritz Crackers/peanut butter/ White Almond bark

Oh, and if you keep up with my blog, you know I am on the HCG Diet, and all those items above are strictly forbidden, and I did not lick the bowl, the mixers, or even my fingers! Which was very difficult to do, let me tell ya!

I did not even turn my computer on, until this evening! (Don’t worry I have my iphone to check my email etc..)

So, here I am relaxing. My kitchen is clean, neighbors got some tasty treats, and sending more with hubby tomorrow to his office. My aunt will be so happy about the zuchini bread, (I am definately poppin’ one of those in the freezer for my non dieting day. Not sure when that will be, but will be soon I hope.
You all have a good night!

Do you want to know what I have been up to? Well, I started a crazy diet, thanks to my friend Beth. She lost a ton of weight using this HCG method and of course I had to try it out. Yep, trying it out over the holidays! Yep again, I am totally crazy… LOL..

You want to know how much I have lost, should I share? Well, as of today I weight 15 pounds less then I did on the day after Thanksgiving! I am still in total shock… I need to lose about 40 more pounds (thanks friends that know me, who are saying you do not need to lose that much) but seriously I do.

Also, I was a Diet Coke aholic, and sorry Coke, I am no longer drinking your product, and am drinking up my Lipton Tea that I have stocked up for FREE at Homeland in the past! Which I am totally proud of, because I am sure all that Coke was eating away at my insides.

Some day, my frugal self, will have to be spending some extra cash on some designer jeans I have wanted so badly, but refuse to buy the size I would need to wear them, because my cute little chubby self did not deserve such a pair of jeans!

Alright, enough with the diet talk. Over Thanksgiving, I got to see my family in KC and then went to see my hubby’s family in TX. Tons of fun, a little to much driving, well hubby drove and I tweeted. ( I love my twitter! I am @couponprincess on there if you want to follow me! ) Kids were good, 3 yo got a little crazy on the way home and he ended up crying himself to sleep in the car ( we all need to remember to bring ear plugs for the next trip in the car).

Now, it is a week past the time I really like to drag the fake tree out of the attic, and decorate and get the house all spruced up for Christmas, and discuss a zillion times to 3 yo that there are breakables and not to touch, throw, kick, etc… Of course my mothers house is decked to the hill top with decorations, and I am so lacking. I will get to the program, I promise! But, how am I going to wrap the presents, when my sweetie, thinks because the Christmas stuff is up, well that means it is Christmas you know. Then how is he going to get presents from Santa, if he is on the Naughty List… he is going around the house saying I am on the Naughty List! It is actually pretty funny.

Now let me tell ya, back to my diet thing.. not to great for my social life, because unfortunately all my fun activities revolve around “happy hour” and eating! (well only when I get extremely lucky and escape my crazy house of boys!) Which I did extremely well at The Consumer Queen’s Christmas Party today! I will share our whrrl story of all the fun. So below.. check out the party! I got to meet some really fun ladies, too. We did some donating, getting and some giving! Have a great rest of the weekend.

Oh, I forgot.. subscribe to my blog: here.. if you would like to stay up to date with me!

The time has come for the first ever parent teacher conference with Ms. C and Ms. A, to discuss “Batty” (because he likes batman). I have to admit, I am a bit nervous. I am pre-writing this part right now, because, well I can. When I get home, I will let you know the outcome!

Why would I be a bit nervous, well… no need to explain. Batty lives in a house full of Testosterone, in full effect. Two teenage brothers, that adore Batty, and antagonize him when they are home most days. Then there is father that adores Batty, and thinks he can do no harm. (Therefore, it is nice to have them all away from home ,at work, at school, and at sports, the less time around the better, unless I need a babysitter!) My nephew is over on the weekends, he is 8.. and his dad well he is living with us at the moment. So, yes I do have to many boys in the house! This is why I am a bit nervous.

I am now back, it was a great visit from the teachers. Always positive, upbeat, and you can truely tell that they love those children. Mine had a great report, however realize we need to be talking about our colors, numbers and letters a little more often. But, he is a young one, and I just really need him to learn how to get along with other children his own age. I am thankful he is in a wonderful program that is child centered and developmentally appropriate.

Well, here is a little bit of my daily life with 3 boys.. I feel like there is way to many of them running around here lately. Teenage hormones are ranging, preschooler who is to young for most things, whining and through tantrums until someone around here gives in. Another teen, that is way to quiet at times, and is working most of the summer. Life with boys, who would of thought. I come from a housefull of girls.

Here is a funny little story about my 3yo, he comes up with the craziest stories. Here is one from yesterday.

    Setting:
So, he is in the bathroom, standing up to pee over the toliet of course.

    Dialogue:
Son: Awe man, I am out of Amo..
    Mom: Amo, what amo?
Son: My pee, it is all gone.
    Mom: Yes it is.
Son: Now I cannot get those bad guys. (speaking of imaginary items, as there was nothing in the toliet to get!)

He gives us tons of laughs around here. He has the most active imagination of any of our 3 boys. He keeps me on my toes.

This weekend, we are going back to the lake, that is what we do here in the middle of the US, we have lakes, you may have a beach.. but we have fresh lake water! Thank goodness I will be going there, to the beach soon as well!

So we will pile in the diesel, 3 yo will really like that, and mosey on down to the lake. It is about 2 1/2 hour drive and we will get to stay the night at a friends house there. Good thing we will not be tent camping, not that tent camping is bad, I actually like it, but it is way to hot to sleep outside this time of year.

Best of all is that we get to use our boat. The lovely thing we only get to see a few times a year, with hubby’s hectic work schedule. So we are happy to have a weekend as a family at the lake, with no computer, no distractions, and limited T.V. watching. Off, I go for now.. better get productive around here!

A lot has happened since my last post, about FREE paint! I still cannot believe that all these celebrities, are now not with us anymore. After being away from the computer for the weekend, so much has happened. I pop on the computer today and see Billy Mays, the infomercials guy is now dead, too!

Now, I will share a brief memory, my earliest memory of Micheal Jackson. It was when he made the Thriller video. Apparently, we did not have cable TV, and my moms friend Jan did, so we hopped in the car, and drove to Jan’s house. My mom and her friend anxiously awaited to watch the Debut of the Thriller Video as me and my 2 little sisters, hid in the backroom. My mom insisted that I do not watch the video because it would be to scary, so I hid in the other room and listened to the music, and would try to pop my head in to see what all the fuss was about on the TV. I remember being slightly scared of the video, and being over protective of my sisters, to make sure they did not catch a glimpse. So on Thursday, when I found out the news, I called my mom to let her know about his death and told her about my memory. Somehow she had forgotten, but I remember the day. My husband and I then rocked out to Micheal Jackson music all night long, while cleaning out the garage and attic, so we can get our house insultated. I will have to let you know at a later date, if we save any money on our electric bill!

Just time to chit chat on my blog a bit, let you in on my last few days of drama… I have been busy as a bee. My 16DS is at camp, my 13DS is home with me along with DS3. So, losing one babysitter, not so much fun! I will begin on Friday, my Anniversy of 16 years. It was just another crazy day, and I just reflected on my 16 years of marriage and how fast life has flown by. (Oh, I am so not as old as you think, I got married a week after HS graduation!) So, like I said, I have 3 boys, therefore we had baseball practice that night, because DS13 had a baseball tournament on Saturday and Sunday.
May not sound like much, but 3 games in one day is alot! We ended up winning all 3 games, too. So then there is Sunday, more baseball, but only one game. Did I tell you that this tournament was a benefit tournament? Have I told you I have been wanting a laptop? Well, here is the super fun part…. there was a silent auction for a laptop, and I “won” well not really win, because I had to pay for it, but I called hubby, he was not at the game, he stayed home to mow, and was going to go to the late game if we would have won (we lost). Oh, back to calling hubby, he does not answer, so I text him, he does not answer…. I was needing to tell him I wanted to “win” the laptop and ask him if I could bid on it.. well no answer, I bid, then I “win”. So as I type my story, I am using my new HP laptop! Thanks Sam’s Warehouse for donating the laptop to the Beigini Foundation, and I am so happy I “won” it! Happy Anniversery to me!

Here is a tidbit about the hectic life I am leading at the moment. So you can see I am a real mom, real person with real drama.

First, my 16 year old, is now driving around town, well not really around town, but to school and back, and a few other places as well. It has been nice, until his truck needed a bit of work, so it is in the shop. Husband said it should be ready to pick up today sometime. Hopefully so, because it is sure nice that he drives himself to and from school. He runs track, and practices can run short or long, you never know when he will be done, so it is nice when he can just drive himself home.

The 13 yo, well he is a teenager, with emotional drama. I swear he is my girl I never had. He has a cell phone, and wants texting so bad… he is begging for it. Only reason for not letting him have it is mainly I am afraid he will get himself into trouble with it, by not using common sense when texting friends etc…
He is my baseball player, and pretty good at it. His coach is bummed his best Catcher, my son, will miss tournament this weekend, due to a Family Wedding. Makes me feel good that he will be missed, but not to worry, we have probably about 6 more tourney’s to go.. plus 9 more league games.

Now for the extra fun part… my sweet blue eyed almost 3 year old, does not want to nap, or go to bed, ever! He is constantly on the move, and this is my boy that used to be on a perfect schedule. Somehow, he is wanting to run his own day, and in the meantime I am getting nothing done around the house. I am exhausted, and totally admire those moms out there with 2 or more little ones under the age of 5, people say do you want to have another one.. (child) I am like, I am getting to old for this. Not really, I am in my 30′s, but still 3 is enough! Now… once again, I will go try to get this little one to nap, and then off I go to run errands when my 13 year old gets off the bus.
