Homeland Shopping Trip

Today, I went toHomeland and did a bit of shopping. Nothing I bought today, didn’t have a coupon. I was wanting to see how much I could save, and ended up saving 78%.

The Kellogg’s cereal and the Kellogg’s Shakes, I had rain checks for those items. Then I was able to save $.50 on the dozen eggs.

I didn’t do a good job of staging, but the white bags are Simply Fries, and the small boxes on the right of the picture are the Healthy Ronzoni noodles. I also have the cinnamon rolls, and the grands rolls (hard to see in the back)

Not much of an Extreme Coupon trip but still saved a ton of money considering the rising prices in groceries!

Today, I went to Homeland to do a quick shopping trip. Above is a picture of all that I bought, and saved 62% according to my receipt. I paid just under $30 for what you see.

Kellogg’s/Keebler  Deal buy 10 Save $5. Sign up for Kelloggs and you will get the save $1/3 cereals and $1/3 any Kelloggs items that I used in this purchase. Plus, I had a $1.50/3 Poptarts and a $1.50 fruit wyb 3 Poptarts.

Bought some Bananas and a Peach

Powerade $.69 each
Used: Tear Pad Coupon found in Store for 0.75/2

3 Seasoned Chicken Breasts $2.50 (they were on reduced sale, so that is whats for dinner tonight)

Used Raincheck for Cascade, however they Cascade was $1 anyways. But got $.50 off eggs when I used Raincheck.

I went to Homeland 2 times today ; ) this is my second trip. First trip $30 worth for $6.20 got $3 catalina back! I used the $5/$25 coupon from the Thunder Games (expires 5/15/10) last chance to get this coupon is Friday night, unless we win the first round of playoffs!

Second Homeland Trip, shown above,  $26 worth for $1.96, recieved $3 Catalina back for the Kraft Mac and Cheese, Buy 4 get $3 back!

True story… you can use the Manufacter coupons and the In Ad coupon! I was checked out by the managers today, both Ben and Shirley over on Bryant and Danforth. Now, why did I go 2 times, because I drive by there atleast 3 times a day! Happy Shopping.

Saved $86 paid $23, for a total of 81%. Got $2 catalina back wyb 3 ziplocks bags. (sorry about the quality of the pic) But I sure do have a ton of cereal. I am going to have to just say no to cereal, I really should have bought the granola bars instead.
