Have you heard of the Jawbone? It is like a bracelet that you wear, and sync with your phone or computer device. I don’t have one of these, but am thinking I may need one. I like the idea that the Jawbone tracks sleep. I am always curious to see my sleeping patterns. The only thing I wonder is how in the world does this thing track my sleep.
