HCG Diet Weight Loss To Date

Just wanted to let all my readers that are following me on my weightloss journey with HCG, that today I have reached losing 10 pounds in 10 days since my VLCD (very low calorie day)

I have to say, I have cheated atleast 3 days. I have enjoyed Chobani Greek yogurt everyday as well. So, atleast for me, that has been a good protein replacement.

So, my journey continues, I can now say I can put my size 28 Big Star Jeans on with ease. Along with some other size 8 clothes I bought earlier this summer!
