Giveaway: Red Gold Tomatoes

by Shannon on January 4, 2010

When I was contacted by Red Gold Tomatoes to do a giveaway and try these yummy canned tomatoes out, it was no problem, as I currently purchase Red Gold Tomato products! My favorite is the petite diced tomatoes, as they are perfect for soups. The tiny diced tomatoes are not mushy, and the perfect size. I grew up in an Italian family, (I am not whole Italian, I am about 1/8) I make my own marinara sauce, lasagna and more. So my kitchen is always stocked with canned tomatoes. Go take a look around their home page, Red Gold tomato products. Do you love recipes, check these yummy recipes, to help with meal planning for the new year.
Now for the giveway, Red Gold is giving away 2 limited editon tins, with cans of tomatoes, a cookbook, a die cast semi truck, and it comes in this cool tin that looks just like the canned tomatoes at the grocery store. Check out this 3rd generation family owned company, since 1942. Here is how to enter. Remember there will be 2 winners!

Mandatory:

1. Subscribe to my blog, here.

2. Tell me one thing about how Red Gold tomatoes are so great!

Optional:

3. Follow Red Gold on twitter. www.twitter.com/redgoldtomatoes

4. Tweet Giveaway. (1 entry per day) Win a @Redgoldtomatoes tin filled with recipe book, tomatoes, and more!

5. Grab my button, or add me to your blog roll.

That is it! If you win,(2 winners) I will notify you by email. You will need to contact me back in 48 hours, if not I will pick a new winner. Giveaway ends, Jan. 25, 2010. Good luck.

Disclaimer: This post was written by me, with truth and honesty. The only compenstaion I recieved was the product shown in the picture above.

One way/thing that makes them great is that Red Gold produces the only fresh-squeezed tomato juice available in the Midwest.
