Restaurant Freebie: IHOP Kids eat Free
When leaving Target today, I found that IHOP is doing the kids eat free promotion again. No special day, but during 4 pm to 10 pm only. Must order an adult meal to qualify for this promotion. Check out IHOP's website, HERE for more details.
